Job Description:

Position: We are looking for a Financial Director (H/F) on behalf of our client for a transitional management mission for a period of 6 months.

Responsibilities:

1. Ensure the management and supervision of the investment fund's finances, including the preparation and analysis of financial statements, management control, and budget forecasts.
2. Be responsible for regulatory and tax compliance and ensure the proper application of accounting standards.
3. Lead the financial strategy of the fund and actively participate in investment decisions in collaboration with analysts and asset managers.
4. Prepare and present financial reports to investors and internal stakeholders.
5. Supervise and coordinate a team dedicated to managing the fund's finances.
6. Participate in cash management and cost optimization.

Profile:

1. Higher education in finance, accounting, or equivalent (Master, DSCG, etc.).
2. Significant experience of at least 10 years in a similar role within an investment fund.
3. Mastery of financial tools, IFRS standards, and regulations applicable in the investment sector.
4. Strong skills in cash management and financial analysis.
5. Ability to work independently while being a key player in collaboration with internal and external teams.
6. Excellent communication and analytical skills.
7. Fluency in professional English, both spoken and written.
