About the location :

Apline chic on the Mont s’Arbois slopes; our modern chalet builds on the legacy of the Rothschild family who set out to create an unrivaled resort experience nearly a century ago. Our first Four Seasons mountain destination in Europe with 55 spacious accommodations including 14 suites, is due to re-open in December 2019 following renovation, and our 2 seasonal operations are December 15 to April 15 and from June 14 to September 30.

The Role:

The Technical Director manages the maintenance of the hotel’s various equipment and participates in its planning. He possesses the knowledge to diagnose and perform all repairs of the equipment throughout the building.

Within the Maintenance department, your missions will include:

1. Managing the Maintenance team and overseeing the working time of each member.
2. Ensuring the technical service of the Hotel.
3. Providing training for the team as well as their development while giving them expertise.
4. Anticipating the planning of hotel repairs during the off-seasons.
5. Preparing the hotel openings for each summer and winter season.
6. Managing technical problems with the team.
7. Ensuring on-call duties during the season.

Daily Technical Needs:

The list of tasks mentioned above is not exhaustive; your role will require constant adaptation to high activity situations and specific customer relationship management.

Profile Required:

Valid work permit.

Fluent French; a second language would be a plus.

You have significant experience in luxury hospitality and know how to work in a seasonal establishment while respecting the hotel’s quality standards.

You are a serious, dynamic person, presenting a high level of professionalism and interpersonal skills.
