Mission
Communications Strategy & Brand Management
Develop and implement a comprehensive communications strategy to enhance the visibility and reputation of paris.edu and its entities (Accent, CUPA, PCA, SACI).
Define and maintain the brand identity across all platforms, ensuring consistent messaging.
Craft audience-specific messaging aligned with institutional goals by collaborating with leadership, faculty, and admissions.
Team Leadership & Management
Lead and mentor the communications team, currently including the PCA Communications Officer, Accent Communications Specialist, and CUPA Social Media Coordinator, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and providing professional development opportunities.
Collaborate with outreach teams (PCA Admissions, Accent Partnerships & Program Development) to enhance communication strategies and improve results.
Oversee project timelines, content quality, and consistency, ensuring all tasks align with strategic goals.
Manage external partnerships, including designers, developers, and ad agencies, to optimize engagement.
Content Creation & Marketing Materials
Drive content creation across digital and print platforms, including email, social media, print media, and website content.
Oversee the creation of recruitment materials (brochures, print catalogs, promotional items) and multimedia content to support advertising, recruitment, and retention efforts.
Lead creative direction for digital advertising campaigns and manage branded merchandise initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic goals.
Digital Strategy & Asset Management
Supervise the content strategy for paris.edu’s websites, ensuring user-friendliness and alignment with recruitment and institutional priorities.
Define social media strategies across platforms based on the objectives of each paris.edu entity.
Analyze website performance and optimize content to improve engagement, SEO, and conversion rates.
Maintain and expand the digital asset library, ensuring consistency across marketing materials.
Slate CRM Reporting & Lead Tracking for CUPA and PCA
Create reports and dashboards in Slate CRM to track and analyze leads from various sources (online campaigns, events, organic outreach).
Monitor lead flow and conversion rates, working with the PCA admissions team to ensure accurate lead tracking.
Develop customized reports for senior leadership, providing insights into lead-generation success and campaign effectiveness.
Utilize Slate CRM data to optimize recruitment strategies and refine targeting.
Profil
Minimum of 5 to 10 years of progressive experience in communications in the education sector.
Demonstrated expertise in managing and implementing comprehensive communication strategies including corporate communications, brand positioning, employer branding.
A solid background in multi-site and/or international structures with an ability to navigate between the different organizations.
Strong leadership & team management skills.
A strategic vision and excellent command of both internal and external communications challenges.
