Role
In the Digital Workplace team, the Digital Workplace IT Compliance Specialist will be reporting to the Collaboration Services deputy manager.
Part of Digital Workplace Collaboration team but liaising with Identity, Cybersecurity & Legal teams, he will be administrating Digital Workplace data compliance platforms like Microsoft Purview allowing to manage digital workplace data governance and protection, and he will liaise with Saint-Gobain entities to perform data extract on legal requests.
He will particularly:
- Manage Digital Workplace structured data retrieval requests for different entities in the group.
- Take charge of litigation hold requests.
- Validate compliance with Legal and Cybersecurity processes for litigation hold and extraction requests.
- Administer the Microsoft Purview platform.
- Manage MIP, DLP, sensitivity labels, alerts under supervision of Cybersecurity teams.
- Perform e-Discovery and users information extraction on Microsoft Purview platform for M365 but as well from other Digital workplace services (PC Backup Druva, Livelink, etc.).
- Participate in global and local projects related to document governance.
- Assist Identity, Cybersecurity and Collaboration teams in performing remediation plans related to document privacy.
- Coordinate with other teams, including Legal, on matters related to data protection and access rights management for all Digital Workplace services.
- Follow technical evolutions of Microsoft Purview platform.
Ce poste est-il fait pour vous ?
Profile
Engineering degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related technical field 2 to 3 years minimum of experience in dealing with IT compliance matters in complex organization (international, multiple businesses etc…)
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft 365 services offer (Exchange, OneDrive, Teams, Yammer, SharePoint etc..)
- Good knowledge of regulatory compliance (data protection laws like GDPR and other local regulations)
- Experience in eDiscovery cases
- Experience with document management procedures, systems, and standards
- Ideally, experience in Microsoft Purview administration (MIP, Sensitivity labels & retention policies, AIP Scanner, …)
- Ideally, experience in Microsoft Purview DLP compliance management
- Ideally, project management experience
Soft Skills
- Results oriented and customer service oriented
- Strong analytical skills
- Collaborating with various teams, including legal, cybersecurity, and Business IT teams, requires the ability to work well with others
- Adaptability to different environments and technologies, and compliance regulations
The position is based at Saint-Gobain's head office in La Defense.
