Job Description
The Digital Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading the digital initiatives & projects for brands’ sites and mobile apps. This role will involve performing analysis and business case studies, delivering business recommendations to improve the customer journeys and business performance of our products, leading the product portfolio delivery with technical & product teams, and liaising with key HQ and country stakeholders.
As Digital Strategy Manager, your main responsibilities will be as follows :
- Digital Product & Market Analysis: conduct thorough market research to understand the latest digital trends and competitive landscape. Identify digital opportunities and perform relevant analysis of our digital business to extract key insight and build recommendations.
- Business & Investment Case: develop business and investment cases for digital initiatives, collect insights from relevant business stakeholders, build business vision with measurable targets and ROI, assess feasibility and resources required.
- Manage Digital Projects & Initiatives: oversee the execution of digital projects from a business point of view. Prioritize features according to value, based on market research, customer feedback, and overall business objectives. Use data-driven insights to inform product decisions, improve user experience, and maintain a competitive edge.
- Central & Country Stakeholder Management: collaborate with stakeholders at both central and country levels, including marketing, sales, operations, and executive teams, to ensure alignment on digital strategy and initiatives.
- Build governance with country team: manage their needs and share common understandings on priorities and decisions. Communicate progress, gather feedback, and ensure smooth integration of digital initiatives across the organisation.
- Innovation with 3rd Party: Foster relationships with third-party partners to drive innovation in our digital offerings.

Qualifications
You are the best candidate if you :
- have at least 5 years’ experience working in similar Digital positions
- have a proven track record of driving successful digital strategies / and leading digital services roadmap implementation
- have some knowledge in Travel & Hospitality area
- have a Master’s Degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering
- speak French and English fluently (working language), other language is a plus (Spanish)

- Agile Methodologies: proficiency in working in agile organisations, such as SAFe, to drive efficient and iterative product development and release with product and engineering teams.
- Business & Digital Acumen: sound business acumen with a deep understanding of industry dynamics, market trends, and customer needs in the mobility service sector. Ability to align digital strategies with broader business objectives and drive measurable results.
