Senior Project Manager – WealthTech / Fintech / Life Insurance - Paris, France

A global wealth management platform is seeking a Senior Product Owner with experience in WealthTech, FinTech, or Life Insurance Technology. With a focus on developing a fee reconciliation tool for HNWIs, Family Offices, and Asset Managers.

You will define, develop, and deliver a greenfield fee reconciliation module, ensuring accurate fee calculations, reconciliation, and cost optimisation across multiple asset classes. This solution will integrate with ERP, accounting, and wealth management systems to provide transparency and portfolio performance analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Product Strategy : Own the roadmap, define user stories, and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Technical Leadership : Oversee architecture, API development, data governance, and ERP integration (SAP FICO, Oracle Financials, or similar).
• Financial Expertise : Develop a scalable solution that aligns with life insurance and asset management fee structures.
• Stakeholder Management : Engage with internal teams, clients, and regulators to drive adoption.

Requirements

• 5–10 years as a Senior Product Owner / Technical Product Manager in WealthTech, FinTech, or Life Insurance.
• Strong expertise in fee reconciliation, ERP integration, and multi-asset class valuation.
• Experience building a fee reconciliation tool in an SDLC project.
• Knowledge of French wealth management regulations (CGPs, HNW clients, MiFID II, PSD2).
• Bilingual (French & English) – must engage with Paris-based stakeholders.
