We're looking for an experienced, proactive digital marketing expert, ideally with an agency background, who can seamlessly handle both B2B and B2C accounts. This position offers a diverse scope, blending strategic thinking, campaign execution, reporting, and direct client interaction.
Role overview:
You'll manage multiple accounts, focusing predominantly (~15 hrs / week) on two exciting B2B SaaS tech clients based in the US. You'll develop deep insights into complex tech products, refine strategic targeting, and actively propose initiatives to drive growth via Google Ads and LinkedIn Ads. We expect you to lead campaign optimization, analysis, and performance reporting. You'll collaborate closely with an internal account lead, and ideally, participate directly in client meetings to showcase your strategic recommendations and report on performance.
The rest of your time (~15-20 hrs / week) will be spent managing B2C campaigns primarily in the automotive sector, targeting francophone audiences. Here, your expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads will shine, optimizing existing campaigns, creating new ones, writing compelling ad content from briefs, tracking budgets, and producing detailed reports. Familiarity with YouTube and Spotify ads is a plus.
Working Hours & Contractual Details:
Our ultimate goal is to recruit someone full-time. However, we're open to starting with 25-30 hours per week to ensure a mutual fit, with the intention of quickly scaling up to a full-time engagement.
Important: Our company is based in the US, and due to Brexit, it has become challenging to recruit directly full-time in the UK / EU. Therefore, this role is structured as a contract position suitable for individuals operating as freelancers (auto-entrepreneurs) or through a Limited Company. You'll invoice us monthly based on hours worked, and we offer an initial comfortable hourly rate during onboarding. This rate will be reviewed after the first three months based on performance and effectiveness. We're transparent and generous in rewarding our team's success with regular bonuses and salary increases as the company thrives.
