Summary:
Aveda EMEA wish to appoint a Digital Education Assistant based in the Paris Regional Office and reporting to the Education & Events Operations Manager. The role is primarily responsible for providing administrative support to the Education team to ensure the smooth running of the departments. The role will include a range of administrative, creative, and analytical duties including ad hoc business reporting and analysis, Aveda updates and core training support.
Responsibilities
The successful candidate should possess both interpersonal skills and professionalism to provide a high level of internal and external service to EMEA education leads. Agility is key in this role as the candidate will need to react to an array of ad hoc tasks to support the wider team while managing projects and time effectively.
The Candidate must also ensure the Brand image is upheld by adhering to the Aveda mission and company policies whilst continually setting an example in customer service, dress code and the professional standards expected by Aveda.
