Role & Responsibilities:
Develop and nurture relationships with both existing and potential clients to drive sales growth.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the freight forwarding and logistics sector.
Conduct market research to understand client needs and industry trends.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless end-to-end delivery of services.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
Meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Requirements:
Minimum 3 years of sales experience, preferably in the logistics or freight forwarding industry.
Strong understanding of global freight forwarding processes and regulations.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in French and English (written and spoken).
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Ability to travel as needed.
