We are looking for a talented and passionate Graphic Designer to join our internal Brand Communications team.

As a member of this team, you will play a key role in the execution and further development of the visual identity of the Alstom brand.

You will support the creation of collateral material and ensure the consistency and quality across a multitude of communication touchpoints.

As a result-driven Graphic Designer, you will be responsible for managing design projects for an international communications community at corporate, product and regional levels, supporting the creation of brand and communications assets that resonate with internal and external stakeholders. You bring expertise in graphic design, layout techniques, and communication execution, enabling you to provide creative solutions for high-quality results. You possess the experience and skill set to autonomously complete projects that often include graphic layouts for print and web, as well as 2D animation and potentially video editing.

Main missions :

  1. Actively contribute to developing engaging and innovative designs that meet communications objectives
  2. Maintain and enforce brand guidelines to ensure that all designs align with Alstom’s visual identity and standards across all platforms
  3. Assist in the creation of mood boards, style guides, and other creative assets that support the development of cohesive, consistent, and inspiring brand materials
  4. Design compelling brand-aligned digital and print materials, including web pages, social media content, presentations
  5. Demonstrate proficiency in creating engaging animations for both internal and external communication, including motion graphics for presentations, social media, marketing campaigns, and instructional content. Experience with 3D animation is a plus
  6. Refine designs based on feedback and comments
  7. Support campaign concepts that align with the company’s brand and communication objectives
  8. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including communications, content and product solutions teams, to ensure visual representation aligned with overall campaign goals and deadlines are met
  9. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices to continuously enhance design execution
  10. Show attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work

Profile required :

Education & Experience

Bachelor in Graphic Design

Minimum 3-5 years of experience

Competencies & skills

Hard skills :

  1. Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Ps, Illustrator Ai, InDesign Id, After Effects Ae) and Figma
  2. Strong understanding of design principles and composition
  3. Good knowledge in digital, print, and motion design
  4. Ability to maintain consistency in design across various touchpoints

Soft skills :

  1. Strong collaboration skills, with the ability to present and explain design ideas to cross-functional teams
  2. Ability to work on multiple projects and meet deadlines
  3. Capacity to work both individually and as part of a team within a corporate environment
  4. Strong communication skills and proficiency in English

The position is based in France in our Headquarters' team (Paris - St.Ouen) and will report to a manager based in Berlin, Germany.
