You will be part of a multinational team spanning four European countries. Embrace an exciting opportunity to drive impactful demonstrations and shape the future of our innovative products in the industry.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Manage EMEA's Applied and Nano division demo pool by ensuring a sustainable demo process throughout the lifecycle of demo devices for the region.
• Conduct daily review approval, scheduling and rescheduling conflicts, and release requests with our Demo Management System in SAP.
• Coordinate shipments with our logistic partners in a cost-efficient manner and work closely with sales to monitor demo inventory against budget, including optimizing demo usage rates.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• A first experience in project management and coordination within a sales organisation.
• Strong communication skills and sound business acumen.
• Fluency in English essential, written and spoken.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Further European language is desirable.
