Déménager à Barcelona - French Junior Campaign Specialist (Google Ads)

Teleperformance Spain is looking for a creative, data-driven French Marketing Campaign Specialist in Barcelona.

What you will do:

In this role, you will partner with an assigned portfolio of new clients in order to help them develop their first online advertising campaigns with the opportunity of having a significant impact on their business. It is a target-driven environment, where you will work towards individual targets as well as be part of a larger onboarding team.

1. Serve as a trusted consultant with customers to onboard and develop PPC Campaigns.
2. Detect and understand the customer’s needs and objectives.
3. Be responsible for increasing spend, upsell, and sustainability.
4. Handle a high volume of potential clients on a daily basis through phone calls.

Requirements:

1. BA / BS degree or equivalent (MA / MSc degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing or Communications can be a plus).
2. 1-2 years minimum of work experience in sales and/or online advertising.
3. Strong desire to meet or exceed productivity, readiness, sustainability, and task points, compliance and customer satisfaction targets.
4. Strong verbal and written communication skills to pitch on the phone and compose compelling proposals.
5. Good time management skills and ability to organize their own day.
6. Strong analytical skills.
7. Client-focused, keen interest in customer interaction & ownership of business goals.
8. A team player with ability to work in a fast-paced and constantly evolving environment.
9. Native level of French.
10. High level of English.

Benefits:

1. Full-time position (39h per week, Monday to Friday).
2. Salary: 22.785 € gross / year + up to 2.734 € gross / year in bonus.
3. This is a Hybrid working model in Barcelona.

5. Taxes between 20-24%.
6. Permanent Contract.
