Function: IT Procurement Project Manager applications H / F
The IT Procurement Project Manager will report to the Procurement applications IT owner and will be responsible for overall IT projects' management related to the Procurement area (i.e., IPORTA, HYPERLEX, INFOPARC, BASWARE, COUPA...) with respect to GEODIS project management methodology and tools.
She/he will oversee applicative maintenance and will be in charge of the implementation from specification to delivery of enhancements (analysis, writing, tests, hypercare), following GEODIS project methodology.
She/he will work closely with applications owners, business partners, and other stakeholders of the organization, as well as implementation partners, both internal and external resources.
On request, the IT Procurement Project Manager will participate in the ongoing GEODIS ERP transformation program and implement COUPA worldwide.
She/he will follow the IT Procurement solution roadmap and ongoing evolutions on the software by the editor to ensure they are well-aligned and integrated into our Core Model.
She/he will support the Application Owner in setting up a project portfolio and prioritizing business requirements/projects.
She/he will propose prioritization of change requirements to the Application Owner, assess the risk/benefit/cost of implementing them, and write the functional specifications.
She/he will support the Application Owner in animating and tracking the progress of editors/contractors' activities and check the compliance of their deliverables/outputs.
She/he will execute audits in her/his domain and ensure an action plan is put in place to correct warnings, ensuring compliance in terms of Architecture, Infrastructure, Cybersecurity assessments, processes, and governance rules.
She/he will work closely with the IT Procurement Support Team, ensure efficient communication and knowledge transfer to the Support team, and animate the key users' community.
