DESCRIPTION

In EU, we continue to observe an unprecedented wave of legislation that impacts Selling Partner (SP) experience, constrains selection and jeopardizes growth. This increases the complexity and cost of selling in EU and makes compliance the primary barrier to SP launches in the region.

As a De-risking Manager in EU3P Compliance - you will work on defining the seller engagement plan to de-risk our business with respect to EU compliance legislations. You will (1) define the seller experience and engagement programs to increase compliance (and own seller facing content and strategy), (2) shape the risk appetite for executive leadership, and (3) design and implement the seller enforcement and regain strategy for EU and UK marketplaces.

The ideal candidate is motivated and agile, with strong project management skills. This opportunity requires excellent troubleshooting, stakeholder management and communication skills.

BASIC QUALIFICATIONS

1. BS or BA in computer science, engineering, math, finance, or economics or related fields.
2. 5+ years of vendor/program/operations management and continuous improvement experience.
3. Team orientation and willingness to roll up sleeves to solve complex, dynamic challenges.
4. Strong relationships building skills; experience managing stakeholders and partners to drive cross functional programs.
5. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively with different functional groups, developers, business owners, and senior business leaders.
6. Ability to collaborate with and effectively influence remote teams in multiple time zones.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

1. MBA from a leading business school.
2. Prior experience working with technical products or online services.
3. Knowledge of SQL and VBA or willingness to learn.
4. Entrepreneurial spirit, with track record for delivering results in fast-moving and demanding environments.
5. History of developing business strategy in conjunction with senior leadership.
