Your missions

• Develop and validate machine learning models for medical applications, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements (FDA, EU MDR).
• Design, implement and validate medical data processing solutions (e.g., image segmentation, registration).
• Participate in regulatory submissions by providing technical documentation and supporting evidence for model performance and safety.
• Collaborate closely with the engineering team to integrate your solutions into products.
• Participate in technology watch.
• Communicate results in the scientific community.
• Collaborate on the execution of multidisciplinary research projects, facilitating the exchange of technical knowledge with external partners and aligning contributions to meet shared objectives.

Your qualifications and experience

Education : PhD in machine learning, computer science, or equivalent.

Experience : 5+ years of experience in data science, medical imaging, AI, or machine learning, preferably in healthcare or medical device applications.

Required skills : Expertise in implementing advanced image processing algorithms. Strong knowledge in deep learning frameworks (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow).

Desired skills : Experience in model validation, performance assessment, and statistical evaluation in compliance with regulatory expectations; proficiency in programming languages (Python, C / C++, CUDA, ITK / VTK, Git); strong track record of publications; excellent communication skills.
