Brayton Global is currently looking for a Data Scientist to work for a prestigious client based in Brussels, Belgium (possibility to work on-site and/or remotely)

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Scientist for a 3 to 6-month mission to support our client in their Moodle-related initiatives. The role requires expertise in Moodle and its plug-ins, as well as the ability to navigate stakeholder discussions effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

• Analyze and interpret data related to Moodle and its database to optimize performance and resolve issues.
• Collaborate with Business Analysts (BAs) and other team members to define requirements and drive solutions.
• Provide insights into Moodle plug-ins and customization options based on data analysis.
• Facilitate discussions among stakeholders to align expectations and define clear objectives.
• Support the documentation process, ensuring clear and structured reporting of findings and recommendations.

PROFILE

Level of education: bachelor’s level or 3 years of higher education.

Key Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Data Scientist, ideally in projects involving Moodle or similar LMS platforms.
• Strong database management skills, particularly in Moodle-related environments.
• Ability to write clear and structured documentation for technical and non-technical audiences.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to moderate stakeholder discussions and translate business needs into actionable insights.
• Experience facilitating workshops and stakeholder alignment sessions is a plus.
