• The position is within the Data Management Team of Model Management and Analytics (MMA), Risk Management Model Development.
• This position works closely with MMA, Model Development teams, Model Validation, Model Risk Management, Privacy, Internal and External Audit, and other business partners with the following key accountabilities:
• Maintain and execute Data In/out Data Management process, includes:
• Experience and strong understanding of the different data categories for the bank (i.e. Critical, Restricted, Confidential, Internal, and Public).
• Experience working with Enterprise control partners such as Audit, Privacy, EP, EDGO, etc.
• Experience developing Python Scripts.
• Experience with Confi-form (Development).
• Knowledge of client Enterprise access management frameworks.
• Experience with client Technology platforms such as JIRA/Confluence, ServiceNow, AWF as a user.
• Understanding of both business and technology requirements and ability to liaise between partners.
• Strong problem-solving skills.
• Good inter-personal skills to build and maintain productive working relationships with various business partners across the Bank and on different levels of organization.
• Strong communication skills (both written and oral).
• Ability to manage multiple initiatives and priorities, ensuring critical deadlines are met.
• Provide constructive feedback and challenge the status quo as required.
• Understanding of UNIX OS and file system would be an asset.
• Excel, VBA skill would be an asset.
• A high-level understanding of SAS or similar coding languages.
• Ideally data governance experience, building python / Scripts.
• Running Reports for Access and Space Monitoring and raising concerns when outliers are found.
• Attending File Movement Requests which entails looking at data and identifying Personally Identifiable information and ensuring sufficient coverage is provided by the requestor before moving the files.
• Reviewing data documentation provided by different stakeholders and validating that against the actual data on the platform; Communicating with stakeholders and ensuring data documentation is appropriate per organization standards.
