As the D&I and Engagement project manager role, you will be the driving force behind our commitment to diversity and inclusion. You will lead the development and implementation of Corporate D&I strategic initiatives that showcase our values and mission and promote our inclusive culture. You will also be responsible for creating engaging content to feed EVP in our internal social media channels, career website, D&I related events, and for executing employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture. About The Role:
Your main missions and responsibilities will be to:

  1. Manage the D&I agenda in collaboration with D&I global manager to ensure successful delivery of project activities accordingly with defined roadmap.
  2. Provide support at local and global level to prepare and deploy D&I action planning based on relevant needs and industry trends, favoring D&I best practices sharing and adoption.
  3. Engage and animate D&I communities preparing and delivering insightful content for network calls and other Company events (workshops, learning activities, conventions).
  4. Collaborate with Communication team to keep EVP updated and active.
  5. Develop and implement an employer branding strategy that aligns with our company's values and mission, and promotes our commitment to having a great working environment for all employees.
  6. Create and manage engaging content for internal social media channels, career website, and public disclosure highlighting our inclusive culture, commitment to diversity, and wellbeing.
  7. Develop and execute employee engagement initiatives that foster a positive and inclusive workplace culture, engaging and animating D&I networks and stakeholders.
  8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of messaging and branding across all channels supporting TA, TM, and L&D teams to develop strong and consistent programs aimed at improving employees' experience.
  9. Monitor and analyze employee engagement metrics to identify areas for improvement and make data-driven recommendations.
  10. Develop and manage relationships with external partners and vendors to support employer branding and engagement initiatives.
  11. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve our employer brand and engagement strategies.

About You and Your Qualifications:
- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven recommendations.
- Passion for creating a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
- Knowledge of HR practices or HR Generalist experience is a plus.
