Cybersecurity andor Operational Resilience - Experienced Consultant

At the crossroads of management and digital consulting, you will assist large organizations including FTSE 100, Fortune 500, and CAC40 clients in their most critical transformations. You will be responsible for delivering pragmatic and agile cybersecurity and/or operational resilience strategies that align client priorities and support top management in achieving their security target on 3 different types of engagements:

1. Innovate for our clients, partners, and employees; Identity and access management, IT and OT cybersecurity convergence, IoT security & product security office, Third party risk management, etc.
2. Ensure operational excellence; Cybersecurity and/or operational resilience convergence, Strategy & roadmap, Risk management & compliance, Program development & management, etc.

Your key responsibilities

1. Managing engagements (totally or partially regarding your level of experience) with our clients, responsible for the day-to-day running of the engagements including developing strategic recommendations and guidance and ensuring the highest quality service for our clients.
2. Participating in the business development activity of the global practice which will include full lifecycle from presales support, identification of cyber opportunities & scope the delivery phase of engagements.
3. Participating in the people development by sharing knowledge, mentoring, and coaching team members and leading by example.
4. Collaborating and coordinating across the different locations (New York, Dallas, London, and Paris) in order to participate in the global practice development by creating thought leadership and marketing materials for selling and promoting our offerings.

Continuing to upskill and stay current with the market.

Based on your profile and background, contribute to various internal activities (Career development, Thought leadership, etc.).

Qualifications:

To be considered for this role

1. Solid foundations in consulting skills with 2-10 years experience in external client-facing consulting or equivalent role (IT management or cybersecurity focused consulting).
2. Proven background leading Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience transformation programs both operational and strategic.
3. Good technical understanding to bring credibility to advisory work.
4. Ability to manage transformation projects.
5. Proven track record of supporting business development activities (account planning, pitches, proposals, value proposition development) based on your profile and background.
6. Excellent interpersonal skills at all levels of an organization, experience in managing and leading teams, developing and coaching junior members of staff based on your profile and background.
7. Skills to create and deliver meaningful presentations with an impact and produce high-quality reports.
8. Comprehensive knowledge of at least 4 of the below Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience topics:

Travel and Location

As part of the Global Cybersecurity and/or Operational Resilience, you can join our offices in New York, Dallas, London, or Paris. Employees are not required to work in a Wavestone office on a full-time basis but are required to live within commuting distance in the country that they are contracted to.
