Customer Support Agent (Arabic Speaker)

Main Responsibilities:

1. Deliver exceptional support to our customers via email and live chat, primarily in Arabic.
2. Process inquiries with attention to detail and content.
3. Proactively identify clients' needs and suggest effective solutions.
4. Prioritize customer satisfaction by exceeding expectations.
5. Collaborate closely with our team to enhance and streamline processes.

Minimum Requirements:

1. Proficiency in both written and spoken Arabic and Slovenian.
2. Proactive attitude with a knack for customer support and sales.
3. Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
4. Strong attention to detail.
5. Previous experience in a support role is advantageous.
