I'm partnered with a fast-growing company in the AI-driven medical imaging sector is looking for a Customer Success Manager RoW to enhance user experience and drive long-term customer engagement. This role involves working closely with healthcare professionals to integrate AI solutions into their workflows, ensuring they maximize the value of the technology.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Act as the primary contact for customers across multiple regions.
  • Lead onboarding and drive solution adoption.
  • Monitor customer satisfaction and proactively address concerns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including Product, Sales, and Operations, to enhance user experience.
  • Provide training and change management support.
  • Conduct regular business reviews to align on success metrics and identify growth opportunities.
  • Travel frequently (40–60%) for customer meetings, events, and deployments.

Qualifications :

  • At least 3 years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a similar role.
  • Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Ability to build trustful relationships with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills, managing multiple accounts and projects simultaneously.
  • Experience in Clinical Radiology!
