Job description
Foxintelligence recherche un(une) Analyst Customer Success Generalist. Ton travail consiste à être l'expert(e) et la voix de Foxintelligence auprès d'un portefeuille de clients composé de marques et d'enseignes en E-commerce. Ta mission principale est de dynamiser et de piloter efficacement le portefeuille client que tu as sous gestion, en exploitant pleinement le potentiel de nos données et de la plateforme SaaS Foxintelligence.
Tu as une réelle appétence pour la data afin de la rendre opérationnelle et actionnable pour nos clients, et tu disposes d'un intérêt fort pour le E-commerce en Europe.
