Giskard defends the vision of a Responsible AI that serves the economic performance of companies while respecting the rights of citizens. To embody this mission, we are building a holistic testing platform for AI professionals to evaluate the quality & security of Generative AI applications based on Large Language Models (LLMs).

Since 2021, we've been building based on open-source foundations (4K stars on GitHub) and pushing the frontier of applied AI Safety & Security research, to help major customers secure their GenAI applications, including BPCE, SG, AXA, Michelin, and more.

Company track record

In 2022, we raised our first round of 1.5 million euros, led by Elaia, with notable angel investors including Hugging Face's CTO and Mistral AI's co-founder. To read more about this fundraising, you can read our announcement.

In 2023, we received a strategic investment from the European Commission to build a SaaS platform to automate compliance with the EU AI Act. You can read more here.

Missions

Working directly with Giskard's co-founders, your missions will be to:

  1. Help customers use our product successfully to make their LLM Agents more secure & reliable.
  2. Coordinate with key decision-makers among our customers, from initial product evaluation and onboarding, to continuous usage and renewals.
  3. Act as the bridge between our customers and Giskard's Product and R&D team.
  4. Support Giskard's sales & marketing team with customer stories and hands-on product knowledge.

Requirements

We are looking for a customer success manager with a customer-centric mindset, keen to learn in an early-stage startup environment, and able to manage complex projects involving various AI practitioners (engineers, researchers, product manager, etc.).

We are hiring people located in France or willing to relocate. You must have an EU work permit and you must speak French.

  1. Minimum of 3 years' experience in Customer Success or Consulting roles.
  2. Demonstrated project management skills within large organizations and handling various technical stakeholders.
  3. Experience managing AI projects, ideally involving Large Language Models.
  4. Outstanding communication skills in both English and French, in written and verbal form.
  5. Bonus: experience in early-stage startups.
