Customer Service Executive (Travel Industry)

TBO.COM - an international award-winning travel tech organization is looking for top talent Operation FIT specialist in Travel Industry to join our French team.

Responsibilities:

• Operational handling of online reservations for Hotels, Flights, Car rental, Transfers, etc.
• Coordinate offline requests with internal departments.
• Handle bookings/cases with last-minute and on-spot challenges to solve problems.
• Receive incoming calls to help travel agents using the platform and manage reservations with special requests.
• Negotiate customer needs with suppliers and individuals, using outgoing calls to find and agree on best resolutions.
• Demonstrate creative thinking and results-oriented approach while handling complicated cases and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
• Operate a few online systems at once, providing service to travel agents.
• Be responsible for solving operational and administrative cases/tasks from A-Z.

Qualifications:

• Service-oriented persona with high communication skills, fluent in English + French.
• Independent, self-motivated, patient, and goal-oriented work style, with problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to control and lead multiple tasks, activating all resources to efficiently solve cases.
• Experience working B2B with travel agents/business professionals in the industry.
• Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies, products/systems, and company procedures.
• Working proficiency in English & French; any other language is a plus.
• Ability to work night shifts and/or evening/weekend shifts.
• The ability to work as a Consultant (VAT) is a plus.
