Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Service Representative : Provide outstanding service to customers via phone, email, and chat. Address customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience.
2. Content Moderator : Monitor and review user-generated content across digital platforms ensuring it complies with company guidelines and community standards. Flag inappropriate content and take action when necessary.

Requirements

• French (B2/C1 level for some projects only Native) and intermediate English (B1/B2 level)
• Problem-solving skills
• Previous experience in customer service or content moderation is a plus but not mandatory
• EU Citizenship or Working VISA
• Willingness to Relocate
