Reporting to the Head of Growth, you will develop and execute marketing strategies that drive customer engagement, activation, and retention across Kolsquare’s global markets, playing a key role in our company's growth.
As Customer Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for optimising Kolsquare’s customer journey from onboarding to advocacy, ensuring that each touchpoint delivers value, promotes product stickiness, and drives brand loyalty. Your primary objectives are to enhance the overall customer experience, reduce churn, and build a thriving community that connects and empowers our users.
You’ll collaborate with the product, sales, customer support, and marketing teams to ensure all initiatives align with product updates, customer needs, and the overall company goals.
