Job Description

You are part of the 8-person customer experience team in the Development Department. As a Customer Experience Manager, you work to ensure the satisfaction of Ostrum AM’s customers while accompanying sales staff in the development strategy.

Your daily tasks are:

  • Responding to customer requests;
  • Driving the customer experience in your portfolio and ensuring commitments are met;
  • Coordinating cross-functional client projects;
  • Participating in continuous improvement projects within management.

Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

You have a higher education and at least 5 years of experience in customer relations or project coordination.

You are proficient in:

  • Financial instruments and asset management.

You have excellent interpersonal skills, a very good listening ability, you are:
  • Organized, rigorous, and agile;
  • Customer-oriented and you know how to integrate easily into a team.

You have a command of English at level B2.
