As a Security and Privacy Training & Awareness Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing our Trust posture, focusing on security and privacy awareness across Autodesk. You are a candidate that is a strong communicator, has knowledge of security and privacy best practices, and has experience developing training programs.

You will report to the Director Chief of Staff, Trust and this will be a fully remote role for candidates based in Canada.

Responsibilities

1. Collaborate with teams to develop, implement, and maintain security and privacy training programs.
2. Facilitate trainings and workshops for technical and non-technical audiences.
3. Support the development of internal security and privacy awareness campaigns including trainings, videos, presentations, and communications.
4. Conduct in-house phishing simulations strategically designed based on currently prevalent threats.
5. Monitor and report on the effectiveness of training and awareness programs.
6. Be responsible for the Learning Management System (LMS) administration including developing, managing, and reporting on content.

Minimum Qualifications

1. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
2. Prior experience developing training programs, curriculum development, and role-mapping.
3. Knowledge of editing tools for curating and creating training content.
4. Familiarity in creating internal corporate-wide phishing campaigns.
5. Familiarity with industry practices and trends related to security, privacy, and data ethics.
6. Experience working with cross-functional teams.
7. Comfortable engaging with a variety of internal stakeholders to promote Autodesk's approach to security/privacy and build trust in the organization.
