Your Missions
As a Low touch Support agent, you will be in direct contact with French & English speaking customers and prospects, proposing solutions to provide them the support they need. You will be responsible for closing our application prospects & existing customers and support them throughout their journey. Your missions will be:
Support
- Assist prospects with Yousign’s SaaS application adhering to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for response and resolution times.
Closing
- Develop and close small deals with prospects & existing customers.
Retention
- Develop and implement strategies to reduce churn.
Relationship Management
- Assist our low-tier customers during their journey.
- Follow-up on renewals.
Who are you?
Feel like applying? Here are the main skills that will help you thrive as Yousign’s next Customer Care Officer - English speaker (F / M / X):
- You already have 1+ year of experience working closely with a large base of customers, ideally in Customer Care or Customer Support and are able to negotiate with them.
- You have strong analytical and redactional skills, helping you understand and manage our customer's needs.
- You are autonomous, a team player and willing to evolve in a fast-paced environment.
- You speak fluent English and French.
- Having experience working with Salesforce is a strong “nice to have.”
