Cross Asset Solutions Sales - EMEA (German Speaker) H/F

You will join the Global Markets Division (GMD), CACIB’s Global Capital Markets Department.
These teams are involved in the origination, structuring, securitisation, syndication, research, trading, and sale of a wide range of financial products and solutions in primary and secondary markets to our clients, corporates, and financial institutions.
They operate in Europe, Asia, the Middle East, and the United States.

Within the Equity and Fixed Income Sales activities, you are responsible for a client portfolio (already active or new), mainly composed of Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions in Germany, Austria, Switzerland, and the Central and Eastern European countries (Poland, Hungary, Czech Republic, etc.): distributors, private banks, asset managers, wealth managers, insurance companies, etc.

Responsibilities:

  1. Originate client transactions and coordinate execution by the trading desk.
  2. Responsible for certain aspects of the structuring of operations.
  3. Work with structuring teams by helping to develop operations of new structures.
  4. Plan and organise customer visits and meetings.
  5. Contact customers to identify their market product needs, propose appropriate ideas and recommendations.
  6. Formulate marketing plans and adjust them to business opportunities.
  7. Develop knowledge of customer needs to coordinate the bank’s efforts in terms of customer service and develop cross-selling.
  8. Consult with your colleagues, the Managers/Senior Bankers of the Bank’s other departments, to be informed of business opportunities.
  9. Identify, target, and solicit new customers.
  10. Onboard new customers in accordance with internal procedures.
  11. Keep informed of all financial and economic data that may affect the products offered and the evolution of the regulations in force.

Minimum Requirements:
2+ years of experience in selling and/or structuring structured products in Europe.
Master's degree in Finance (School of Business, Engineering, or University).
