YOUR MISSION

To manage and elevate clients’ email marketing strategies through creative concepts, flawless execution, and meaningful results. You’ll combine strategic planning, relationship management, and cutting-edge tools to deliver campaigns that leave a lasting impact.

This is a fully-remote, full-time work as a self-employed individual.

What You’re Getting Into

  • Manage relationships with 4 clients, ensuring seamless communication and driving impactful results for eCommerce brands generating anywhere from €200–€800k/month in sales
  • Ensure timely delivery of projects by overseeing timelines, maintaining clear client feedback loops, and aligning deliverables with performance and branding goals
  • Collaborate with designers to develop innovative email campaigns that captivate audiences and exceed client expectations
  • Craft compelling, results-driven copy designed to maximize engagement, conversions, and overall campaign performance
  • Optimize team schedules, craft compelling creative briefs, and present polished concepts that drive client buy-in and project success
  • Uphold the highest quality standards by rigorously reviewing campaign details, from email deliverability to branding consistency, ensuring every project exceeds expectations
Who You Are

  • Experience: At least 1 year working with Klaviyo and/or in digital marketing, ideally for eCommerce brands or agencies
  • Skills: Strong organizational skills, excellent communication, and a knack for creative problem-solving
  • Mindset: Entrepreneurial, detail-oriented, and self-motivated with a bias for action
  • Languages: Fluent in French and English
  • Tools: Proficient with Klaviyo and a solid understanding of email marketing principles
What Success Looks Like

  • 30 Days: You’ve mastered the processes, begun managing your first client, and are familiar with the team dynamics
  • 60 Days: You’re leading projects, proactively improving client strategies, and confidently collaborating with the team
  • 90 Days: You’ve built strong client relationships, established your authority as a CRM expert, and are delivering measurable results
