Job Description

Evident Scientific is seeking a dynamic and innovative Creative Director to lead our creative vision and strategy. We're looking for a strategic thinker with a proven ability to develop compelling creative concepts that resonate with our target audience of scientists, researchers, and industry professionals.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the scientific industry and the ability to create engaging content that effectively communicates complex scientific information. Additionally, we seek a leader who can inspire and motivate a creative team to deliver exceptional work. This role requires a unique blend of creativity, strategic thinking, and business acumen to develop and execute innovative marketing campaigns and creative platforms that drive brand awareness, lead generation, and customer engagement.

Job Duties

1. Creative Leadership: Develop and execute a comprehensive creative strategy aligned with Evident Scientific's brand identity, mission, and business objectives.
2. Team Management: Build and lead a high-performing creative team, providing mentorship, guidance, and inspiration.
3. Brand Stewardship: Own the Evident brand visual and creative identity, ensuring consistency and evolution across all marketing channels and touchpoints. Develop brand guidelines and standards.
4. Concept Generation: Generate innovative and impactful creative concepts for a variety of marketing channels, including digital, print, and video.
5. Campaign Concept Development: Lead the development of integrated marketing campaign creative platforms that drive engagement and conversion.
6. Digital Expertise: Drive digital transformation and innovation within the creative team. Develop data-driven creative strategies to optimize campaign performance and ROI.
7. Agency Management: Manage external creative agencies and vendors, ensuring alignment with Evident Scientific's brand and project goals.
8. Measurement and Optimization: Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of creative campaigns. Analyze campaign performance data to inform future strategies.
9. Project and Program Management: Oversee creative projects from concept to completion, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to budget.
10. Industry Trends: Help the organization stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging technologies to drive creative innovation.

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

1. Bachelor's degree in design, marketing, or a related field.
2. Minimum of 8 years of experience in a creative leadership role.
3. Proven track record of developing successful creative campaigns.
4. Strong understanding of the scientific and research industries.
5. Excellent communication and presentation skills.
6. Ability to lead and inspire a creative team.
7. Strong project management and organizational skills.
8. Proficiency in design software and tools.

Desired Skills:

1. Experience in B2B marketing.
2. Understanding of data-driven marketing and analytics.
3. Experience with video production and editing.
