Job Description :

Powens Group is seeking a highly-motivated DevOps Engineer / System Administrator who is passionate about technology and who demonstrates a Metrics-oriented approach to their work. The candidate must demonstrate high levels of proactivity and be able to work independently without supervision.

Your missions :

• Monitor system performance and troubleshooting issues in order to ensure the functionality, efficiency and security of the IT infrastructure.
• Attend and resolve queries from developpers.
• Manage users and RBAC (Role Based Access control) in relation to our compliance policy.
• Design, document and implement security policies.
• Build automated deployment systems through the use of configuration management technologies.
• Take part to on-call duties, one week per month.

Profile and skills required :

• At least 4-5 years of experience in a position of System Administrator or DevOps
• Strong proven experience in the administration of Linux-based systems
• Fluent in French and English (written and spoken), Spanish will be a plus.
• Strong knowledge of Kubernetes on cloud provider and onpremise be a plus.
• Proven experience managing databases and networks.
• Proven experience with CI / CD tools (ex : github actions, argocd) and monitoring tools (ex : Prometheus, Thanos, Alertmanager, Loki Grafana).
• Critical thinking an great problem solving skills.
• Knowledge of security system and data backup / recovery will be a plus.
• Knowledge of tools like Ansible / Terraform / Terragrunt / ArgoCD.

• Online interview with DevOps (Spain).

Salary Range : 60-65K€ in package
