Corporate HQ Controller

We are looking for a Corporate HQ Controller to manage and control operational expenditures ( Opex ) across our Headquarters functions (Finance, HR, IT, Legal, etc.). In this role, you will support budgeting and forecasting cycles, provide monthly financial analysis (Actuals vs Budget / Forecast), and contribute to improving our reporting tools and finance processes within the French holding structure.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor and control HQ cost centers, ensuring accurate accounting and timely accruals.
• Prepare monthly reporting packages for Corporate Departments, including Actuals vs Budget / Forecast analysis.
• Lead the forecasting and budgeting process for HQ functions, consolidating departmental inputs.
• Track and manage management fees and internal cost allocations.
• Improve data visualization using Power BI , and support the automation of financial reporting dashboards.
• Contribute to optimizing internal finance processes, including PO tracking and intercompany invoicing.
• Collaborate with finance and IT stakeholders to ensure accuracy and process alignment.

Your Profile

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or related field. Master’s or MBA is a plus.
• 5–7 years of experience in HQ Controlling , Corporate Controlling or FP&A , ideally in a holding or international group.
• Strong knowledge of cost center controlling and management reporting.
• Proficient in Excel and Power BI ; experience with ERP and consolidation tools is a plus (e.g. SAP, HFM, Essbase).
• Fluent in English; French is a strong advantage.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable interacting with cross-functional teams.
