CHIEF TECH DATA & TRANSFORMATION OFFICER (CTDTO)
We are seeking a highly strategic and execution focused CTDTO with exceptional leadership and coaching abilities. The ideal candidate possesses a proven track record of success in high-growth retail or B2C companies and a deep understanding of all areas of IS&T, with a particular emphasis on data-driven transformation.
Objective :
To maximize the value of information technology and data, leveraging synergies and accelerations within the LVMH Group to drive Chaumet's business success. This role will champion business-wide transformation, with IT and data as key partners and enablers.
Key Accountabilities :
Strategy & Transformation :
- Develop, communicate, and continuously improve the global technology and data strategy to support Chaumet's growth ambitions, working closely with stakeholders to define clear priorities and key initiatives.
- Develop strategic transformation plans, setting timelines for the evaluation, development, and deployment of all technical solutions, including web, mobile, and data platforms.
- Apply LVMH Group standard architectures (main platforms, technology architecture, and infrastructure) to ensure functionality, security, and efficiency of Chaumet's IT landscape.
- Drive the long-term evolution of the IT architecture, leveraging LVMH Group standards to accelerate delivery, reduce risks and costs, and minimize complexity.
- Be the Business IT Leader, liaising with Chaumet's COMEX and the LVMH Group.
- Provide deep technology and data insights to the Senior Leadership Team, influencing strategic business decisions and diving deep into technical details as required.
- Identify new and emerging technologies and trends, proposing innovative applications to advance Chaumet’s objectives. Monitor market and competitive landscape, including online pure players.
Data & Analytics :
- Develop and implement a robust data strategy that enables data-driven decision-making across all business functions.
- Oversee the development and implementation of data governance frameworks, policies, and procedures.
- Champion the use of advanced analytics and business intelligence to identify opportunities for growth and optimization.
IT Operations & Processes :
- Drive the implementation of the global LVMH Group IT operating model within Chaumet to leverage scale and best practices. Manage existing and new core models (SAP, SIRH, web platforms, loyalty programs, etc.).
- Ensure platform stability, reliability, and efficient support processes (monitoring, incident management, service desk, etc.) to maintain optimal customer experiences.
- Implement a consistent technical and applications foundation based on Group recommendations and business priorities to accelerate Chaumet's production, logistics, supply chain, and retail / omnichannel journeys.
- Guarantee business continuity and cyber resilience through close partnership with the Global Group Cyber Security organization, coaching and implementing the right cybersecurity organization and guidelines.
- Manage and implement integrations with third-party technology platforms.
- Lead the development of software system projects, ensuring adherence to planning and budgets and managing risks effectively.
Teams & Leadership :
- Lead technical and functional IT and data teams.
- Integrate Chaumet into the global LVMH IT community, fostering high-performing teamwork across functions and geographies.
- Lead team transformation, including a product-centric approach, migration to public cloud, and modern enterprise architecture design. Manage organizational change across technology and business organizations.
- Support team organization, recruitment, development, upskilling, and mentoring.
Key Competencies :
- Strong educational foundation.
- Over 15 years of technology leadership experience, leading both product and cross-functional teams in global environments.
- Experience in growing, leading, and scaling high-performing technical teams with a code-quality mindset, encompassing application development, security, product control, architecture, and infrastructure operations.
- Deep understanding of agile development methodologies.
- Experience working with third-party integrations.
- Significant experience in software architecture and building digital products from early stage through scaling and maturity.
- Strong ability to build customer relationships and deliver customer-centric solutions.
- Decisive leader capable of driving the organization forward, committed to achieving ambitious objectives, operating with energy and passion for collective success.
