Join Our Team as a Corporate Communications & CSR Assistant!

Context & Team:

Do you dream of diving into the world of Corporate Communication and CSR? You will play a key role in both external communications and CSR initiatives. Your responsibilities will be split between shaping the corporate image, visibility, and reputation of ManoMano across Europe through various communication projects, and supporting our CSR reporting strategy. As CSR is a vital component of our brand image, you will work on projects that closely align external communications with our sustainability initiatives.

What You’ll Do:

As a Corporate Communications & CSR Assistant, you will be at the heart of the action! You will have the opportunity to:

• Corporate communication & press relations:
  
• Coordinate the animation of our LinkedIn ManoMano page (45,000 followers) with business and employer branding actions.
• Participate in the reinforcement of our corporate and employer brand through the creation of content and media (editorial content, visuals, videos).
• Work on the launch of the new corporate website in partnership with different teams.
• Press relations:
  • Support the management of the daily interaction with the PR agency in France (and support in other countries) to take advantage of all opportunities, write press releases and organize interviews.
  • Identify and organize speaking opportunities and applications for prizes/awards.
  • Write briefing documents and presentations for all spokespeople with key figures and messages.
  • Contribute to the strategic development of written interviews with our different stakeholders.
• Analyse the impact of our actions.
• CSR:
  
• Support the team in the launch of new CSR initiatives.
• Animate our impact community: analyze external practices in the tech industry, read ESG news, draft quizzes, to share internally.
• Ensure ManoMano’s carbon reduction trajectory (SBTi) and remain ingenious: perform benchmarks on emerging trends and technologies and propose innovative ideas to feed our roadmap.

What We’re Looking For:

We are looking for a student in Master 2 (Bac +5) with a specialization in both Communications and Sustainability or Political Science and Environment, who has:

• Already worked as Communications expert and wants to develop new skills in CSR
• Graphic design skills (Illustrator, Indesign, Adobe Creative Suite, PlayPlay...)
• Customer-oriented and results driven
• Passionate about communication, as much about digital, events as producing or writing content
• Speak and write English fluently and your spelling is impeccable
• Rigor, organization and analytical skills
• Creative, curious and proactive: you are not afraid to take initiatives and you know how to juggle several missions at the same time
• Autonomous and adaptable: you are able to work in a constantly changing environment and on several projects at the same time
• Great team spirit: you like to collaborate and share your ideas
