CORPORATE COMMUNICATION PROJECT MANAGER – EMEA REGION

Reporting to the Image, Communication, Digital Global Fragrances and Corporate Communication Director, the Corporate Communications Manager leads and develops SHISEIDO EMEA corporate strategy.
He/she designs and implements relevant 360° communication programs including PR and Social platforms in order to develop SHISEIDO EMEA global equity, awareness and strengthen its reputation.
The Corporate Communications Manager leads Regional corporate press activities as well as corporate influence. He/she is responsible for the corporate coordination of all the communications players EMEA. He/she is in charge of co-developing & promoting SHISEIDO EMEA EIC commitments as well as designing the Chairman and EMEA CEO communication plans. He/She will work closely with the crisis management & legal teams.
External communication strategy
Elaboration of a corporate communication plan to be shared with HQ in Tokyo/brands/local markets.
Media relations management
Structuring and building up an EMEA network of journalists in key outlets for each market (A strong existing network is required).
Crisis communication management
Planning out the crisis communication strategy at EMEA level.
Representing the communication department within risk management squad.
SHISEIDO EMEA social platforms management
Develop a SHISEIDO EMEA Social media road map.
Performance KPI’s Monitoring
Monitoring and social listening tools management and coordination.
Coordinating and supporting Brands’ CSR communication.
Executive media relations management
External communication plan for the Chairman and President & CEO EMEA.
Strategic and operational corporate com and PR support for Brands
Media relations support (consulting / operational). Development of corporate topics with Brands.
Spokesperson management
Identification of key spokespersons at EMEA level for corporate topics.
Patronage & Sponsorship
Identify key potential partners for EMEA region.
Develop a yearly road map including event and partnership to be supported by SHISEIDO EMEA.
WHO YOU ARE?
Qualifications, experience and skills needed:
Minimum 10-year experience in corporate communication in luxury, beauty or pharmaceutical sector.
