Job description

Epoka, part of Mantu group, is a full-service 360-degree communications agency organized into five main divisions: Identity & Content, Media Relations & Crisis Communication, Events, B2B, and Design.

We are a dynamic and innovative agency specializing in content creation and immersive experiences. Our talented team works with a variety of clients, developing original and impactful concepts across different formats (print, web, events, film).

Your missions:

• Analysis & Conceptualization: Participate in analyzing briefs and brainstorming innovative experience concepts.
• Visual & Copywriting Creation: Develop visual identities, craft taglines, signatures, and scripts for various formats.
• Adaptation & Execution: Adapt creations to different formats and platforms, create mood boards and benchmarks.
• Project Follow-up: Ensure the quality of deliverables and oversee production processes.
• Creative Monitoring & Proactivity: Conduct creative research and proactively propose new projects.
• Collaboration: Assist in selecting talents (directors, photographers, etc.) and contribute to agency communications.

Your profile:

• Education: Currently studying communication, graphic arts, or visual communication.
• Skills: Proficiency in Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); After Effects is a plus.
• Qualities: Creativity, rigor, versatility, and autonomy.
• General Culture: Strong curiosity and awareness of current trends.
• Languages: English proficiency required.
• IA tools: Mastering generative AI such as ChatGPT for improving day-to-day productivity.
