Compensation

The total base pay for this position is between EUR 25,000 and EUR 30,000 gross annual, and is dependent on factors such as location, experience, skills, and training. One must reside in France and be bilingual in both English and French.

What you will do:

The ideal candidate for this Marketing Coordinator position at eXp France should be highly motivated with a positive team spirit. Having strong relationship management skills and being comfortable in a fast-paced, forward-looking environment is a must. One must be fluent in the English language.

As Marketing Coordinator, you are responsible for internal and external communication. You will work closely with the President and the eXp France team to meet the daily needs in terms of marketing and marketing content design. Like all of our staff, you will be teleworking remotely in France. However, you will sometimes be asked to travel for business trips.

This position requires a spirit of initiative and the ability to juggle several projects simultaneously. You will need to be comfortable in a dynamic and cutting-edge technological environment, while demonstrating excellent communication skills, both oral and written, as well as great creativity. Proven experience in the field of marketing is a great asset for this position.

1. Create and manage social media advertising campaigns
2. Social Media: Management, content creation, calendar creation, including editing graphics and videos across all social media channels using Hootsuite
3. Social Media: Community Management, Engagement and Growth
4. Good knowledge of AI tools
5. Manage Hubspot for marketing, emails, and landing pages (content creation and workflow management)
6. Work with different systems and software to complete tasks (Google Suite, CANVA, HubSpot, video work software, Photoshop)
7. Create videos, brochures, and other marketing materials for real estate
8. Manage and update website content (Apimo)
9. Create landing pages for various projects and events.
10. Create attractive design work in a variety of digital and paper mediums, based on a creative brief or project requester's specifications, often in a hurry and with a variety of deliverables to be executed per project.
11. Be creative in developing concepts, graphics, and visuals to communicate effectively and efficiently

How you will grab our attention:

1. Experience editing photos and videos
2. Basic knowledge of 3D rendering programs or ability to create realistic mockups in Photoshop
3. Adobe After Effects or equivalent software for creating motion graphics is a plus

Education:

Working Conditions:

Remote location: This position allows you to work from anywhere in France with a stable internet connection. You will need to provide your own appropriate workspace and internet access.

Work hours: While there is flexibility in work hours, you will need to maintain regular availability during designated core hours for collaboration, meetings, and communication with the team.

Equipment and expenses: You will be responsible for the maintenance of the company computer, internet connection, and other necessary equipment. All work-related expenses will be discussed and agreed upon in advance with the company.

Company meetings: Occasionally, you may need to attend in-person meetings or training sessions at the company headquarters or other designated locations. Notice will be provided, and all associated expenses will be covered by the company.
