Role Overview

We are seeking experienced sales professionals to join our team as Investment Advisors. This is a commission-only position with the potential to earn $250,000 or more annually through our lucrative commission structure.

Key Responsibilities :

1. Client Acquisition : Prospect and acquire high-net-worth (HNW) clients across multiple regions.
2. Collaborative Engagement : Work closely with veteran hedge fund managers to refine strategies and proposals for prospective clients.
3. Relationship Building : Partner with regional managers to expand Balfour’s international footprint.
4. Client Management : Maintain and update Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation for each account originated.
5. Market Awareness : Stay informed about global economic trends, market shifts, and compliance standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile :

1. Experience : Minimum of 5 years in sales, preferably within financial services.
2. Network : Established connections with high-net-worth clientele.
3. Education : Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus.
4. Skills : Strong relationship development, risk awareness, and a consultative selling approach.
5. Mindset : Proactive, adaptable, and ready to manage evolving client needs in a dynamic global market.

Compensation & Benefits :

1. Earning Potential : Commission-only structure with weekly payouts; top performers can earn between $100,000 and $500,000 or more annually.
