Job Description:

Pour le Projet Métro Grand Paris nous recherchons une Animatrice/un Animateur HSE en charge de la mise en place et de l’animation du système de management Hygiène et Sécurité sur les chantiers sous sa responsabilité.

Responsabilités

• Participer à la mise en œuvre d’une culture sécurité sur les chantiers
• Participer à la surveillance des chantiers (conditions de mise en œuvre des plans de prévention correspondants)
• Effectuer une veille technologique (EPI, EPC, Outils…)
• Suivre les actions sur les divers sujets de sécurité
• Suivre les AT, Presque-accidents, situations dangereuses
• Participer à l’intégration sécurité des nouveaux arrivants et à la vérification des acquis (différentes présentations des risques liés au poste le jour de l’arrivée de l’opérateur)
• Former en interne (descente en regards, compensation posturale, utilisation des EPI…)
• Réaliser la sensibilisation sécurité sur le chantier
• Réaliser l’accueil sécurité des intervenants
• Réaliser un suivi des opérations à risques
• Effectuer un compte-rendu journalier
• Signature des Plans de levage/ Permis de levage
• Animer les actions de formation sécurité ou participer à ces actions

Profil

• Formation en Hygiène / Sécurité ou expérience dans une fonction en Hygiène Sécurité
• Une première expérience dans le secteur de génie civil est nécessaire
• Connaissances informatiques et bureautiques
• Bon relationnel, esprit de service, esprit d’équipe, force de proposition, assertivité, autonomie, rigueur, organisation
• Permis B (indispensable)
