We’re looking for a talented Content Manager to join our team!

Your mission: Organize and produce engaging, educational content that positions lemlist as the trusted brand for sales teams. You'll turn ideas into actionable content that delivers real impact, helping our audience grow and succeed.

Responsibilities:

  1. Webinars: Host and organize monthly webinars featuring key personas (e.g., Heads of Sales), with engaging themes that create FOMO and provide actionable takeaways for our audience.
  2. Workflows & UGC: Create actionable content to showcase prospection best practices and latest trends. Leverage our own users' content whenever possible.
  3. IRL Sales Events: Plan and manage in-person events (breakfasts, afterworks, etc.) to foster learning and networking opportunities for our sales-focused community.
  4. Co-Marketing Partnerships: Build strong co-marketing initiatives with complementary solutions to amplify demand generation and enhance our brand's impact.
  5. Playbooks & Benchmarks: Develop annual guides and benchmarks that establish our brand as the go-to resource for unique insights and actionable guidance.
  6. Social Media: Promote and repurpose educational content into bite-sized, engaging formats for social media, with a primary focus on LinkedIn.
  7. YouTube: Collaborate with our media team (video experts) to produce highly actionable how-to videos and other educational content.
  8. Website Content: Collaborate with Product Marketing to improve our website content. Streamline website content localization, using AI.

Requirements:

  1. You have a minimum of 3 years of experience in content marketing within a B2B SaaS environment.
  2. Copywriting Skills: You have a knack for writing sharp, catchy, and insightful content and can draft “V1s” with ease.
  3. Webinars: Proven experience planning and delivering webinars that attract high attendance and drive impact.
  4. Event Management: You’ve successfully planned and executed in-person events with great feedback from attendees.
  5. Content Production Expertise: You're hands-on with content creation across various formats, from emails to video scripts.
  6. Strong Organizational Skills: You excel at managing multiple projects and deadlines seamlessly.
  7. AI savvy: You are super curious about AI innovations and know how to leverage AI in content creation.
  8. Creativity and Boldness: You’re brimming with fresh, innovative ideas and aren’t afraid to step outside the box.
  9. Excellent Communication: Fluent in English, you’re skilled at collaborating with teams and articulating ideas clearly.
  10. Sales Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the sales landscape is a significant plus.

Within 3 months:

  1. Gain a deep understanding of our audience, product, and competitive landscape.
  2. Deliver your first impactful content initiatives, such as webinars with actionable high value content delivered.
  3. Organize your first sales meet-up with 30+ qualified attendees, receiving positive, actionable feedback.

Within 12 months:

  1. Build a comprehensive library of high-impact content that supports every stage of the buyer journey.
  2. Demonstrate measurable success in content performance, such as increased lead generation or improved engagement metrics.
  3. Plan and execute standout IRL events that solidify our brand's community presence.
  4. Play a pivotal role in establishing lemlist as the go-to brand for sales professionals through educational and innovative content.

Additional Information

Competitive salary + company bonus (up to 12K€ per year, depending on the company's performance)
