Consultant on Value Chain Sustainability

ERM France is looking for a junior consultant (less than 3 years of experience) to cover its development on the Value Chain Sustainability topics, mainly for Scope 3 engagement, deforestation, and CBAM, and considering the development of our relationship with ERM strategic digital partners.

Missions :

1. Fundamental enabler to the challenging and impactful programs which help our clients shape a sustainable future, especially focusing on Scope 3 engagement, GHG accounting, deforestation regulation compliance and CBAM methodology.
2. Develop own skills, expertise and commerciality to build own consulting capability.
3. Build internal network, cross discipline and service line, and make an active contribution to knowledge management.
4. Exhibit inclusive behaviour and advance ERM’s inclusive culture.
5. Act as buddy to Consulting Associates or Consulting Senior Associates.
6. Deliver high standards of work to meet and exceed internal client expectations, build meaningful internal and external client relationships, participating in active client engagement activity (proposal support, deliverable presentation).
7. Contribute innovative ideas, perspectives and knowledge to help evolve our services in support of our Purpose.
8. Leverage ERM digital network and project delivery to find opportunities to extend or secure billable client work.
9. Apply commercial mindset to support commercial objectives.

Profile :

1. You have completed higher education in major engineering schools, business schools, political sciences, or in a university.
2. You have ideally a first experience of at least 6 months on Sustainability (Carbon footprint, Deforestation, ESG Strategy, ESG reporting, Regulatory Compliance, etc.).
3. You have a strong appetite for climate and sustainability topics in general and wish to develop further your expertise on this topic.
4. You enjoy teamwork.
5. You are interested in digital solutions dedicated to Sustainability topics.
6. You can technically support Project Managers on Corporate Sustainability.
