Job Description: As a Consultant Haematologist, you will play a crucial role in their healthcare system by providing specialised expertise in the diagnosis and treatment of haematological disorders.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Diagnosis and management of a wide range of haematological conditions.
2. Collaborating with other medical professionals to ensure a multidisciplinary approach to patient care.
3. Participating in the on-call rota, ensuring 24/7 coverage for emergency cases.
4. Teaching and mentoring junior medical staff, students, and trainees.
5. Participating in clinical audits and research activities to advance the field of haematology.

Qualifications and Requirements:

1. Active or in process Specialist Registration with the Irish Medical Council.
2. Experience as a Consultant Haematologist.
3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
4. Commitment to continuous professional development and research.
