En tant que Comptable Client Junior, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la gestion des flux financiers et assurerez un suivi rigoureux de la comptabilité clients.

Vos responsabilités :

1. Gestion de la facturation clients :
2. Émission et envoi des factures via notre ERP.
3. Vérification de la conformité des factures avec les contrats et conditions tarifaires.
4. Suivi des encaissements et relances clients :
5. Enregistrement des paiements et rapprochements bancaires.
6. Suivi des encaissements et relance proactive des impayés.
7. Communication avec les équipes commerciales et le service client pour résoudre les litiges.
8. Participation aux clôtures comptables :
9. Préparation et analyse des balances âgées.
10. Justification des comptes clients.
11. Amélioration des processus et outils :
12. Participation à l’amélioration continue des process de facturation et de recouvrement.

Profil recherché :

1. Diplôme en comptabilité (BTS CG, DCG ou équivalent).
2. Première expérience (stage ou alternance accepté) en comptabilité clients, idéalement dans un environnement SaaS ou en forte croissance.
3. Connaissance des outils comptables et ERP (NetSuite, SAP, Sage ou équivalent est un plus).
4. À l’aise avec Excel et les outils digitaux.
5. Rigueur, organisation et autonomie.
6. Bon relationnel et capacité à travailler en équipe.
7. Anglais professionnel est un plus.
