Consultant, Business Operations

Conduct descriptive analysis, generate insights, manage and implement projects, and contribute to the creation of reports and management information.

Function: Chief Operations Office (COO)

Report to: Head, Analytics & Management Information

Role Purpose:

Provide Operational Performance Data Insights and Analysis by delivering Timely Inputs / Recommendations for Improvement in Business processes and Customer experience.

Key Accountabilities:

• Recommend Process / System changes based on the data Analytics.
• Communicate with the Stakeholders across operations to understand their requirements and provide Data Analysis accordingly.
• Provide Data Insight for different projects to enable right decision-making.
• Deliver Customer-specific reports and analysis for Ops SMT review meetings with Customers.
• Automate daily reporting requirements through BO and deliver on time with quality.
• Increase the proportion of tickets raised through Colt Online.
• Deliver our Customer Segmentation within Network Operations.

Skills & Experience:

• Individual Contributor (preferred) with expertise and hands-on experience in Data Science (AI / ML / Predictive Analysis / Gen AI), Python, SQL.
• Familiarity with Scikit-learn, Keras, TensorFlow, or PyTorch.
• Excellent knowledge of SQL (complex queries).
• Excellent knowledge of Qlik Sense / Power BI.
• Good knowledge of VBA / VBS coding.
• Excellent knowledge of advanced Excel (advanced formulas, data connections, pivot tables, charts, etc.).
• High Level of Aptitude / Logical thinking.
