Job Description :

Position 1 - Technical Architect JD :

Our customer has recently acquired a company whose infrastructure is fully integrated to Microsoft EntraID and O365 services. As per customer’s standard integration processes, these environments have to be merged to Our customer’s corporate ones. This integration will include all the components of an Information System, starting from identities to business applications. The first survey done has demonstrated that this merger will have a high level of complexity due to the numbers of services dependent on the acquired company’s EntraID (for IAM / SSO), both 1st and 3rd party (O365 but also Akamai CDN, Azure compute, applications, ...).

The hired candidate must accomplish the following :

  1. Perform an exhaustive survey of the acquired company’s EntraID and O365 services.
  2. Produce an exhaustive documentation of the source tenant setup.
  3. In collaboration with our customer’s tech lead, identify the possible blockers / attention points that could occur during the merge.
  4. For each of them, propose a workaround or mitigation plan.
  5. Propose a global roadmap for the EntraID merge that will consider all the infrastructure stacks.
  6. Participate actively / perform the technical operations of merge.

The individual must be fluent in Italian and English or French. He must demonstrate a strong understanding of technical concepts, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently as part of a team.

Position 2 - Technical Analyst JD :

The resource will play a key role in supporting the technical lead with more complex tasks, requiring a deep understanding of technical concepts and processes.

Responsibilities :

  1. Migration Tasks: supporting the migration of existing mail services to Office 365, ensuring smooth transition and minimal disruption to operations.
  2. Operational Work: performing operational tasks related to the integration of acquired entities, including configuring systems, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring the smooth functioning of IT infrastructure.
  3. Solution maker: ability to understand legacy environments settings and constraints and propose solutions to make the integration of those environments within customer’s ones.
  4. Process Documentation: documenting technical processes and procedures related to the integration of acquired entities, ensuring clarity and consistency.
  5. Technical Communication: translating complex technical information into business language to both technical and non-technical individuals, facilitating effective communication.

The individual must be fluent in French, English and Italian is a plus. He must demonstrate a strong understanding of technical concepts, problem-solving skills, and ability to work independently as part of a team. Possibility to travel for providing on-site support (up to 10%).

The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical knowledge in the technologies listed below :

  1. Identities and authentication (AD, EntraID, SSO, certificates…)
  2. O365 (Standard services)
  3. Workstations (Windows based)
  4. Servers (Linux and Windows)

Ideally the resource will have some experience working in large and small companies to understand the specificities of both these ways of working.

The technical lead will supervise and oversee all the activities, and both resources will be engaged in the multiple acquisitions ongoing.
