Position: Construction Discipline Supervisor

The Construction Discipline Supervisor is responsible for the daily interface with the Yard supervision Team. You monitor the Construction Scope of work related to your discipline, in compliance with the project HSSE, Quality and schedule requirements as defined in the construction execution plan (CEP).

Role Contribution

1. Creating a Safe Work Environment:
   1. Adhere to the HSSE plan and enforce its implementation by the Yard.
   2. Participate in the daily toolbox talk.
   3. Ensure Group and Project HSSE targets are met.
2. Meeting Group/Project Quality Requirements:
   1. Adhere to the Quality Plan and ensure the ITP is followed diligently by the Yard.
   2. Implement Group Quality Golden Rules.
   3. Interface with the site Quality verification team for your own scope.
   4. Ensure Group and Project targets are met and no violations of the Group Quality Golden Rules occur.
3. Achieving Mechanical Completion (A-Scope):
   1. Create a positive work relationship with your counterparts in the Yard.
   2. Ensure Yard Supervision team is working with the latest Project drawings, specifications, and procedures.
   3. Provide feedback on Yard manpower and physical progress to the Construction Superintendent.
   4. Participate in the review and approval of the Yard construction procedures related to your discipline.
   5. Attend all Inspections as per the Project Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
   6. Review and approve Quality Verification Documentation.
   7. Monitor the compilation of the Manufacturing Data Records (MDR) by the Yard.
   8. Update as-built dossier related to your scope of work.
   9. Monitor the completion of the Discipline Inspection Test Reports (ITR-A’s and associated Punch list) by the Yard.
   10. Assist Material Controller in performing Receiving Inspections of materials and equipment related to your scope of work.
   11. Achieve project milestones within schedule, quality, and safety.
   12. Provide feedback to the Construction Superintendent.
