Key Accountabilities:

You will be looking after the day shift within a fast-moving bakery, assisting with the baking and hand-finished decorating of each product, ensuring the highest quality. You will be a passionate baker, who is extremely creative with excellent sensory skills and palette. Ideally, you will have trained in a professional capacity as a patisserie chef. Experience within a fast-paced high-end kitchen environment will be advantageous.

Personal Profile:

Cake decorating and strong bakery skills, qualification preferred. Computer literate. Able to work individually and as a team. Good project and time management skills.
