Principal Golang Engineer - Security Focus (Auth / IAM) - Full Remote

Overview: Join a fast-paced startup that operates remotely and is gaining traction in the authentication space. You will work in a fully remote team with autonomy, tackling deep technical problems.

The Role:

As a Product-focused Principal Software Engineer, you will develop high-traffic APIs and engineer high-performance background workers for consuming queues. You will have full ownership of your work and the freedom to utilize your experience while taking charge of products and features.

About You:

If you are a Principal Engineer with a product mindset who thrives in an early-stage startup environment, this role could be a great fit! Ideally, you will have commercial experience in developing with Golang, but experience in another backend language and a willingness to switch is acceptable. Experience in building systems to handle high traffic at scale in a cloud environment is advantageous. If you love working with Golang and building scalable products on a global platform, you will enjoy this team!

Some Things that will help you stand out (Not all required!):

• Experience in building highly scalable and reliable systems
• Strong Go and GCP experience
• Passion for building secure systems with knowledge of cryptographic technology

Salary: For the successful Principal Software Engineer, you can expect a starting salary of up to €150,000 (b2b contract available).
